Next WPPrevious WP ACWA Working Party

On 15-Mar-2017, a small WP repaired Two "Stiles" one field north of Lavender Hall Fishing Lakes.

The repaired stiles : 04-May-2017

March Achievements

We Re-build the two "stiles" each side of bridge over river one field north of Lavender Hall Fishing Lakes.  This was needed due to damage, so done with available material from SMBC and ACWA.  An improved solution will probably be implemented at a later date.

May Achievements

Because of weather forecasts for 17-May being extremely wet, the WP was postponed.

However on the day Bob Rainsley & Bernard decided it was not too bad, and spent most of the morning doing an excellent start by clearing much the high level ditch.

We will probably have a full team make even more progress on the 21-Jun-2017 WP.

The next WP will be on Wednesday 21st June.

Wednesday 21st June 2017 at 9:30 am to about 1:00 pm

Location: Hodgett's Lane (GR 263 768) to slope down to Greenway just before bridge over Greenway - Part of Walks 3 / 3A.
Park at: Hodgett's Lane (a few spaces near to GR 263 768 and a few more further along Hodgett's Lane c.100 metres near to the NW where Walk 3A goes NE via a k/g)
Meet at: As above

Improve further the muddy parts beyond the culvert by improving ditch to NW side, & if time and effort improving the main path.
