Route descriptions and accompanying informational notes for our 21 Walks can be downloaded here.
We have revised all the route descriptions to take into account footpath diversions due to HS2 and various housing developments. The route descriptions and accompanying notes may be published in a revised edition of our 21 Walks book at some time.
The route descriptions in the existing 21 Walks book are no longer accurate.
The route descriptions in the download pages are as up-to-date as we can make them.
If you come across a hazardous structure or a severely overgrown footpath you can report it to the responsible local authority, see below:

For each walk there is a route description with accompanying notes about local history, wildlife and points of interest to look out for along the route, a gpx file for use with a mapping device and a map overlay indicating the general location of the walk (see note below).

Route instructions for all Walks 1 to 21 have been updated and the maps in the 21 Walks Book are no longer accurate. Walkers should follow the written instructions downloaded from this page for these walks rather than relying on the maps in the 21 Walks book.
